Refund & Return Policy

At DibanoUGC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please:

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at +447481794390.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
